He will explain the methodology and resources available to an Estimator to assist in providing cost analysis for both past and future projects. Three examples of past cases will be shared showing how each type of estimating best supports the specific needs of the case, including presentation techniques designed to support the statistical analysis and provide a clear understanding of the case issues.
